Mighty Oaks |

Mighty Oaks is the Berlin-based indie-folk band, established in the fall of 2010 by Claudio Donzelli (IT) and Ian Hooper (US). The two artists teamed up to self-produce their debut E.P. in a make-shift studio, which has earned them over 60,000 followers on SoundCloud and over 330,000 plays in 180 countries worldwide. Since then, bassist Craig Saunders (UK) and drummer Fabian Kretzschmar (DE) have joined to make the group an international lineup of troubadours: four artists, four countries. They are currently working toward completing their debut album.

- Ian Playing Regent's Canal in East London
Ian was in London on business recently and, thanks to David Adams, Greg Taylor, and Paul Berry, he was able to get out and record some super spontaneous videos out on Regent’s Canal.
The guys caught great weather and a bit of love from a local tug boat captain, and they made the most of an hour in the setting sun on the water. People were passing by on the footpaths and the small bridges, folks were enjoying their food and wine on their balconies, and everyone gave a smile and a wave.
This is why one should always be spontaneous!
